Here is the favourite salad dressing of the Queen Mary staff.
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
5 or 6 cloves of garlic
40 g Dijon mustard
160 g apple cider vinegar
30 g balsamic vinegar
190 g olive oil
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium to high speed until smooth and creamy.
Makes enough to dress salads on a typical 'salad day'. ;-)
