Basque Cheesecake

Ingredients:

• 250 g cream cheese

• 250 ml heavy cream

• 2 eggs

• 20 g flour

• 2 tbsps honey or sugar (optional)

• 1 tbsp liqueur (optional)

• zest of one orange

Method:

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F.

2. Mix all ingredients well.

3. Line round cake pan with parchment.

4. Bake for 30-35 minutes. The surface will brown.
