Basque Cheesecake
Ingredients:
250 g cream cheese
250 ml heavy cream
2 eggs
20 g flour
2 tbsps honey or sugar (optional)
1 tbsp liqueur (optional)
zest of one orange
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 400 F.
Mix all ingredients well.
Line round cake pan with parchment.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. The surface will brown.
