Ingredients: - 1 pound prawns
- 3 tbsp tequila
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
Method: - Combine prawns, tequila, garlic, lime juice, lime zest and pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Melt butter in a large saute pan over medium heat.
- Add prawns and cook until firm, about 2-3 minutes.
