Ingredients: - 250 g beef
- 1 small sliced red onion
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chili
- 3 tbsp. fish sauce
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 3 leaves chopped green lettuce
Method: - Grill the beef and slice. Set aside.
- With a spoon mix chilies, fish sauce, lemon juice, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Add beef, sliced red onion, green pepper, and tomato and mix.
- On a platter, place the chopped green lettuce. Top with the beef salad and garnish with cilantro.
- Place the sliced cucumbers around the edge of the platter.
