Ingredients - 1 cup plus 2 tbsp dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 tbsp Kahlua
- 1/4 cup brewed espresso
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp butter
Method - Place chocolate in a mixing bowl
- Over medium heat bring cream up to a simmer
- Add Kahlua and espresso, stir
- Pour over chocolate and let sit for a couple of minutes
- Stir mixture
- Add egg yolks and stir
- Add butter, one tbsp at a time, and stir
- Pour into espesso cups and refrigerate for at least two hours
