Saturated Fat

I eat a lot of fat, averaging about 80% of my calories, and more than half of the fat I eat is saturated, either from coconut milk or animal fat. Recently, a few of the blogs I follow had posts about saturated fat that made for interesting reading:
I also like to refer people to the two articles I've attached to this post (you might not see the attachments in an RSS reader). One is a recent journal article and the other is a very old magazine article, both well worth reading.
