Chicken with Cashews

Ingredients:

  • 250 g sliced chicken breast

  • 5 mushrooms (cut in half)

  • 1 white onion

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1 red pepper

  • 2 tbsp. cashew nuts

  • 3 dried chilies

  • 1 tbsp roasted chili paste (Pantainorasingh brand)

  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1 clove chopped garlic

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 4-5 leaves of cilantro

Method:

  1. Heat oil in frying pan

  2. Fry dried chilies, garlic and chicken until chicken is almost cooked

  3. Add onion, peppers and mushrooms

  4. Season with soy sauce, roasted chili paste and teriyaki sauce

  5. Stir for 3 minutes

  6. Add cashew nuts

  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve
