Ingredients: - 250 g sliced chicken breast
- 5 mushrooms (cut in half)
- 1 white onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tbsp. cashew nuts
- 3 dried chilies
- 1 tbsp roasted chili paste (Pantainorasingh brand)
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4-5 leaves of cilantro
Method: - Heat oil in frying pan
- Fry dried chilies, garlic and chicken until chicken is almost cooked
- Add onion, peppers and mushrooms
- Season with soy sauce, roasted chili paste and teriyaki sauce
- Stir for 3 minutes
- Add cashew nuts
- Garnish with cilantro and serve
