Strawberry Spinach Romaine Salad with Raspberry Poppyseed Dressing

6 cups Baby spinach
6 cups Romaine, cut into bite size pieces
1 pint Strawberries, quartered
1/2 small Red onion, cut into 1/4 inch slices
Raspberry Poppyseed Dressing (see below)

Toss the spinach, romaine, strawberries and onion together in a large bowl.
Drizzle with the dressing just before serving.

Raspberry Poppyseed Dressing

1/2 cup Mayonnaise
4 tbsp. Raspberry vinegar
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Milk
2 tbsp. Poppyseeds

Thoroughly mix all indredients with a whisk.
