Ingredients - 100g bacon (optional)
- 500g cauliflower
- 140g grated mozzarella (or other cheese)
- 40g coconut flour
- 40g almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 65g butter, melted
Instructions - Preheat oven to 375 F
- Prepare 2 large baking trays with baking paper
- Rice the cauliflower in food processor or by hand
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Put mix in burger patty size balls on paper
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes until golden and a little crispy
Alternatively you can make muffins with the batter, but it tends to stick to the muffin papers.
