Geometry in Motion This site has dozens of interactive applets exploring topics in Geomety. Be prepared to spend a while at this site. Thanks to Stephen Dawson for pointing this site out to me.
Polyhedra Another site with animations that explores polyhedra. The site is located in New Caledonia, of all places, so the connection speed is sometimes slow. Thanks again to Stephen Dawson.

GIMPS The Great Internet Mersenne Prime Search is a distributed computing project responsible for finding the five largest Mersenne prime numbers. You can be a part of the project, too.
MEPP Mathematics Education Partnership - a collection of learning resources and other programs offered by the National Security Agency, the largest employer of Mathematicians in the world
Mathworld Eric Weisstein's World of Mathematics is an enormous and comprehensive encyclopedia of mathematical topics
MacTutor Archive The MacTutor History of Mathematics archive is a comprehensive source for biographies and essays on other historical topics. It is maintained by St. Andrew's University in Scotland.
Mega-Math A collection of seven excellent mathematical activities for students compiled by the Los Alamos National Laboratory

CMC University of Waterloo Math Contests - Gauss, Cayley, Pascal, Fermat & Euclid Contest
AMC The Mathematical Association of America American Mathematics Competitions
USAMTS USA Mathematical Talent Search is a contest run by the National Security Agency, open to United States highschool students. Students from other countries may view the problems and solutions.
Math League Monthly Math contests for grades 4 through highschool
ABACUS Abacus International Math Challenge, run by Grace School in New York, is an online competition updated monthly aimed at Elementary students
Ole Miss POTW Ole Miss problem of the week, maintained by the Mathematics Education department of the University of Mississippi
Ultimate Puzzle A fairly good puzzle site from the Netherlands
